This calculator is for general reference. BSD and ABSD rates are based on current IRAS rules effective from 27 April 2023. For commercial or industrial property, different rates apply. For joint purchases with mixed buyer profiles, IRAS applies the highest ABSD rate among all buyers. Always verify your stamp duty with IRAS or a conveyancing lawyer before making financial decisions.
